Student Work Permit Information
Work Permits are only processed after school closes for the day in the Superintendent's Office at Stoughton High School.
ALL STUDENTS aged 14 -17 must first obtain a completed Promise of Employment section of the Work Permit form, which is to be completed by the Employer, a Physician, (14 & 15 year only) and the Parent/Guardian.
ALL STUDENTS seeking a work permit must have a birth certificate or an official document showing their date of birth.
ALL STUDENTS must be present when the permit is issued.
