Kindergarten Meet and Greet

Help prepare your family for the transition to Kindergarten. Join us for our annual playtime for incoming Kindergarten students and their families.

South School - August 29, 2016 from 10:30-11:30am

Crafts Night

South School - Friday October 14, 2016 from 6-7pm in the South School Cafetorium.
Craft & Card Night! Silly, scary, sweet, or super – it’s your choice! Join us to make an autumn or Halloween paper bag craft for your home. We’ll also create cards of cheer for Stoughton’s Senior Citizens and Military Personnel. We’ll provide the supplies; all you have to bring is your imagination!

West School - Wednesday, October 19, 2016 in the West School Cafeteria from 6-7pm (doors open at 5:45pm).
Come MAKE your own Board Game, and also holiday postcards for soldiers and seniors. We’ll bring the supplies, you bring your imagination!

Gibbons School - Tuesday October 18, 2016 from 6-7pm in the Gibbons School Cafeteria.
Family Craft Night. 
Please bring your imagination and join us to make fun paper bag crafts! We’ll supply colorful bags, googly eyes, feathers, pipe cleaners, pompoms, markers, and more so you can create super, silly, sweet, or scary Halloween or fall-themed puppets and decorations! We’ll also be making cards for our local seniors and servicemen.

Hansen School - Thursday October 20, 2016 from 6-7pm in the Hansen School Cafetorium.
Family Craft Night.

Let's Move!

Jones School - Friday, October 21, 2016 from 6:15-7pm (doors open at 6pm) in the Jones Early Childhood Center Gym.
Join us for a night of active family fun! Obstacle course, basketball, yoga, soccer and more! Open to all Jones students and their families. Parent/guardian must accompany children.

Family Yoga for Beginners

Relax and have fun with family and friends! Beginner Yoga for all abilities, including Chair Yoga. All SPS elementary students in grades K through 5 are invited to attend with their families. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring your water bottle and your yoga mat or towel.

Families are invited to join us for a relaxing evening of game playing in your school's cafeteria.

Music and Movement

Jones School - TBD Spring 2017 from 6:15-7pm (doors open at 6pm) in the Jones Early Childhood Center Gym.
Join us for a night of music and movement! Open to all Jones students and their families. Parent/guardian must accompany children. Bring the whole family as we sing some old familiar songs and dance the night away!

Raising Great Digital Citizens - for parents of students at all SPS elementary schools in grades K through 5.

Presenters: Officer Isabel from the Stoughton Police Department, and Teresa Tapper from the Stoughton Youth Commission

Wednesday, April 26, 2017 from 6-7pm at the West School. Parents meet in the cafeteria. There will be supervised play for children in the gym.
